8月24日，正值处暑高温，也是成都今年最热的几天之一，牵引动力国家重点实验室党政工领导及其它职工却怀着对我国高铁事业的追求和探索，于上午10:30在牵引动力红楼218会议室准时召开“中国与世界的铁路发展——成都研讨会”学术报告会。会议特邀我校沈志云院士、丹麦Hans True、瑞典Oldrich Polach、英国Simon Iwnicki等11位铁路专家作了专题发言。专题发言内容依次为：
